About Us

SRH San Sebastián LLC is a Puerto Rico limited liability company engaged in the management and stewardship of real estate in historic Old San Juan.

Established in 2023 and registered with the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury, the company owns and manages residential property at 257 Calle de San Sebastián, one of the oldest streets in the Western Hemisphere. We focus on the careful preservation, maintenance, and responsible operation of historic property in the heart of San Juan.

What We Do

Property Management

Day-to-day operation, maintenance, and oversight of residential real estate in Old San Juan.

Historic Preservation

Stewardship and upkeep of a historic property consistent with the character of the San Sebastián district.

Maintenance Coordination

Coordination with local vendors and contractors for repairs, systems, and grounds.

Owner Services

Administrative and operational support for the property and its ownership.

This number is listed as the delivery contact for 257 Calle de San Sebastián in the delivery instructions we give to retailers and carriers. Delivery drivers (packages, food, furniture) can call or text it when they arrive or need help finding the property. We reply one-to-one, in Spanish or English, with directions and drop-off instructions for that delivery.
